nice

Ohh nice dirty drums I like that. They're really heavy too that works. I don't really agree with the introducing pluck synth though. I had no idea that drop around 1:28 was coming, you should build up a little to those, I didn't think it was that great. The drums never really changed other than that roll. You should have introduced that sub at the end earlier! It sounds great. Coll outro with the drums there. It sounds very inspirational.

Overall it's pretty good. I think the sub you had at the first three quarters of the song was too deep but the one at the end was perfect with the song. I think you should have maybe added more effects to the 2 synths you had going there. They became very repetitive. Yeah some more automation on the synths would have made it sound alot more interesting and it would have made your drops alot bigger and better kinda like the one you came too with the roll.

Good stuff! Keep it up!

Thanks a lot. And i'll try to put more effort into my music in the future

My Goodness!

You are so flexible, you have done so many different styles and genres so well. I am amazed.

hopeku responds:

haha thanks

All the other styles left are kind of hard to make...

We'll see what's next haha!

Guitar

I don't really have the time to check out your other stuff. The layout is really nice. However, the guitar doesn't flow at all =\

megakyle53 responds:

i was trying to go for a nine inch nails style approach. from what has been said it doesn't work, i'll take out the guitar then

nice

Ragga style!
". I've become a big fan of the NEW Style Ragga Jungle movement in the last year or so"
The straight sampled Amen break made it sound oldschool. Like Nav said, if you layered another break it would add variety to it.

I like it anyways though :)

Triskele responds:

Yep, well, like I said I definitely went for more of an oldschool vibe on this one. Got a new tune incoming in the next few days that really pushes the mashed up newschool style. Stay tuned!

On my average listener speakers

The kick is too much for my logitech 5.1 system. They aren't EQed or anything. It's just fuzzy and somewhat muddy on them. I don't know if it's just me but I thought I'd tell you because I remember you as being big on monitors and pro-quality sounds.

Rig responds:

The high part of the kick itself is floppy and has some high distortion on it...so it might not be your system at all.

good stuff

the melodies worked very well together. However I think you should have made the whole thing sound a bit more atmospheric (however you spell that) using more reverb and that. At about 1:30 that little chill part with no drums should have been softer and longer in my opinion, while building upon that new arp you introduced. also add some more drum variation to spice it up :) maybe throw in a BOOM or a louder more noticeable crash. Good work :)

Meisel responds:

i know what you mean, but the thing is that i prefer finish my songs as fast as i can so i can start on a new one. thats the reason my songs sometimes is lacking in quality. maybe sometime in the future i will continue on this song.

thx for the review and vote!

Beautiful

The synths you used were amazing. I can't really elaborate on this; This song is beatiful. I can look out my window and see the leaves falling and the sun setting and only be happy. I don't really know how to explain the feeling it brings to me. Great song! Very professional. Good luck outside newgrounds!

Karco responds:

Thanks! :)

ohhh man

This was greeaaat. Considering I love happy hardcore. I can see where the bonkers style flowed in a little bit :P

But hey these songs deserve so much more than they get. This music just gets under my skin and I can forget about everything else and appreciate the music. This was one of those songs. Good work!!!

The arp thingy you got going on was great, aww fuck it everything was great.

Nav responds:

:D :D :D

Thanks! :)

Well

I didn't really agree with your kick. But your saws were perfect along with your pads and other synths.

This was pure trance!

mybrobilo responds:

Thanks! for the kick i tried to keep it mellow but now as i look back on it maybe i should have used a snappier kick...

Finally

Some classic house! None of the new stuff like Benassi's.

It was really chill. All of the instruments you listed fit perfectly into the song. I can't see any flaws in this song.

A good song to flop on the couch and listen after a long day of work :)

P.S. it looped perfectly

Thanks! :D

It's been a while. I've learned so much. Thank you all.
